The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across Corporate sites and Cafes. The IT Support Specialist will interact with employees at all levels and may assist with training and the implementation of new systems or updates. This role will involve traveling to/from Philadelphia sites and occasionally to some of our Cafes.
Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain corporate computer equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct repairs, upgrades, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Oversee hardware inventory and logistics, maintaining the asset database and ensuring compliance with life cycle information and serial number tracking. Implement customer service principles and enforce IT support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain formal policy documentation in collaboration with endpoint engineering , network, and system teams, ensuring compliance with standards. Administer Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications securely and efficiently. Assess and mitigate cyber security risks. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. One year Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Excellent Windows and Mac problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with IT support SOPs and policy documentation. Experience in Manufacturing or retails environment is a plus About Us

Compensation Range: $27.75 - $41.75, plus bonus
