Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service to local offices by managing Help Desk tickets from initiation to resolution.
· Resolve hardware and software issues using troubleshooting skills, research, or by escalating to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts.
· Maintain continuous network connectivity by identifying and resolving local or wide area network issues.
· Manage user access to systems by creating, modifying, or terminating user accounts in accordance with policies, best practices, and established change control procedures.
· Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to ensure local servers are functioning properly, including performing software updates and hardware maintenance.
· Facilitate remote communication by connecting mobile devices to company email.
· Work with Infrastructure teams to propose cost-effective and technically sound hardware or software solutions to business management, and oversee the procurement process.
· Participate in IT projects as required.
· Minimize operational risk by accurately documenting infrastructure and systems.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience with Wintel-based hardware, software, and operating systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft servers, Active Directory administration, and troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with office productivity applications and suites, including Adobe, Microsoft
Office, Visio, and Project.
· Understanding of network technologies and concepts.
· Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent experience.
· Industry certifications (A Plus, MCP, etc.) preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00
