We are seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting, imaging (packaging), and troubleshooting O365, MAC equipment along with Windows equipment and more. Requirements Must haves: · Enterprise/ and or entertainment experience, OK with physical tasks, hardware redeploy, moving office supplies · 3-5+ years’ experience in IT Help Desk (100% remote support via phone, email, etc.) · Knowledge of both MAC/ PC Environment · Excellent documentation skills · Familiar with ticketing service: ServiceNow · Experience managing vendors (OK talking with HP, Phone, printer partners) · Cleared on physical work – picking up boxes, hardware, lifting heavy items (set-up of workstations) · Experience with imaging machines through JAMF/MAC · Strong communicator, friendly, will be helping with onboarding · Excellent communication, customer service and executive support Job Scope/Day to Day: · Providing Executive support, and provide technical support to office personnel · Ability to provide white-glove support for office of 1200+ personnel. · Experience with SNOW, provide Outlook Support and MAC Support. · Remote access to individual screens. · Update and install upgraded software for machines. · Support for printer refresh project, Liaison to vendors HP and DELL. · Experience with Remote access software encryption, authentication, deployment, & audit capabilities, Asset Management *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
