IT Support Specialist (Korean Speaking)

Job Description Are you passionate about technology and eager to solve complex challenges? Our client, a leading shipping company headquartered in Korea is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist.
Your new role:
In this role, you will be at the heart of the technological operations, maintaining servers, supporting critical systems, and contributing to the digital transformation efforts. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring their IT infrastructure stays secure and optimized for smooth shipping operations. Key responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries; repairing and replacing IT equipment as required; troubleshooting and resolving network issues; overseeing and maintaining servers located in the server room to ensure high availability and performance; working closely with HQ IT teams to address digital security, data protection issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in IT support. Fluency in English and Korean language (both written and spoken) – to handle requests from headquarters in Korea. Strong technical skills (coding included). Strong understanding of server management and digital security protocols. This role is looking for someone already based in Singapore. Benefits:
