We are seeking an experienced mid-level IT Support Specialist. This person should be self-driven, eager to learn and ready to adapt to our growing company and IT team. Responsibilities include day-to-day field support for all the IT needs of a globally distributed corporate workforce, primarily supporting Apple computers and applications, employee account management, mobile device management, security, and networking. Support our growing IT needs, specifically with Apple laptops/devicesEmployee account management for a wide array of applicationsMobile device management, inventory, and securitySupport the needs of the global workforce in connectivity requirementsBe on call to troubleshoot and resolve IT/network-related incidentsPotential domestic or international travelLearn, grow and develop your skillsWe provide a supportive environment to help you develop and advance your skills. Who/What We Are Looking For:A degree is preferred and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience requiredExtensive Apple IT expertise (certifications, experience or working at Apple)Administrator level experience with Microsoft Office 365 and TeamsAdministrator level experience working with Google Workspaces Experience with Jamf or comparable mobile device management toolsCompTIA network+, JNCIA, CCNA or any comparable network certifications/experienceThe ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations with customers of the networking infrastructureDemonstrate leadership and self-starter abilities as well as lateral thinking and creative problem solvingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about technology, learning new skills and challenging yourselfThe salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 and is eligible to earn incentive compensation.
