Top Skills' Details: We are looking for a PC Technician who can provide IT Level 2 PC/Laptop support and assist in new site buildout activities. This includes desk setup, desk cables, monitor and dock hookup, and connection testing. The ideal candidate will also provide troubleshooting support for customers in the office with their device connections, move and/or swap equipment between desks as needed, and escalate issues internally with IT partners and teams. Role Overview: This role will start in Lincolnshire and will require travel between Lincolnshire and Downtown Chicago (2 blocks from the old post office) long term. The candidate must be comfortable traveling to both locations to support the new site buildout in downtown Chicago.
