The IT Support Technician will be the first point of contact for IT related questions for software, hardware, applications and desk side support! In addition, IT Support Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals while providing administrative duties for on-boarding employees. ***This position is onsite, NOT REMOTE, local candidates only will be considered*or Requirements IT Support Technician Requirements: + 3+ years of experience within IT Support/Helpdesk/Desktop within a blended Windows/MAC environment + Experience with JAMF, troubelshooting MAC devices + Configure, deploy and set-up workstations for desktop, laptop, printers and other IT equipment + Active Directory user account management.
