Job Description

Full Time / Days

Provide 1st Level IT Support of all calls to the IT Help Desk.  Complete call tickets and provide resolution if possible.  Route to appropriate 2nd level support as needed. Track all call tickets to resolution.  Diagnose and resolve application and hardware problems as reported to department.  Provide 1st level support for wired and wireless IP phones.  Support IP phone systems. Provide Computer Operations backup support.  Install software applications and hardware repair.  Perform other related duties as assigned by Network Manager or Director.

Education REQUIRED:  Associate degree in Computer Science or currently enrolled pursuing BS in Computer Science.

Experience REQUIRED: Two years experience in installation, support and trouble shooting of personal computers and peripherals.  Experienced with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Office Suite. Experience in support of IP phone systems.
