\nThe IT System Administrator designs and oversees local area networks, wide area networks, and network segments including installing, upgrading, and monitoring software and hardware. Job duties include:
\n\n\n\nProvide remote and on-site technical assistance to executive management and end-users on IT related matters at PSSI Corporate Headquarters (“HQ”) location including but not limited to:\nSetup user accounts & workstations.\nManage network servers and network tools.\nInstall, configure, and maintain software and hardware.\nMonitor systems and conduct patch, vulnerability and security management when directed.\nProvide troubleshooting and first call resolution for all PSSI HQ technology environments where possible.\nUtilize KACE or similar platforms to log, track, resolve IT incidents and service request.\nAssist with Microsoft Office 365 suite client applications, including SharePoint.\nMicrosoft 365 Admin portal control.\nMaintain, configure, troubleshoot, and assist IT infrastructure and users including PC hardware, laptops, printers, tablets, VPN, software systems, and Audio/Visual (A/V) systems at Corporate HQ.\nEngage with vendors to maintain and manage our critical applications and systems.\nAssist with asset management and proper allocation of desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and tablets at PSSI HQ.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:
\n\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or two or more of the following certifications in lieu of degree: CompTIA A+, CCNA, CompTIA Security, Microsoft MTA, or other MS certs.\n2 or more years of IT System Administration experience.\nFamiliarity with various operating systems and platforms.\nResourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\n\n\n\nWHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

\nThis is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
