Job Description

What You’ll Do as a Festival Foods IT System Engineer Manager:

Lead and Support: Provide hands-on leadership to your team while overseeing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day IT operations.Optimize and Manage: Oversee enterprise servers, storage, Azure environments, backups, patch management, monitoring, and data center operations.Shape the Future: Develop a clear technology roadmap, align business priorities, and implement improvements that drive results.Coach and Mentor: Invest in your team’s growth through training, development, and leadership support.Collaborate and Plan: Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, influence technology decisions, and deliver solutions within budget and capacity plans.Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

What You’ll Bring to our Information Technology Team:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related.10+ years of IT System Engineering experience.5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.A proven ability to solve complex problems, analyze needs, and implement innovative solutions.Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a passion for operational excellence.Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building relationships across teams.Experience in managing technology lifecycles, including monitoring, patching, and system documentation.

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
