Summary:
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, security, and reliable operation of all computer networks and related infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

2-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Services, or related field OR equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of network management administration experience. IT certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or related fields. Proficiency with Cisco iOS, Fortigate firewalls, or equivalent technologies. Expertise in systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols. Experience with scripting and automation tools. Proven history of developing and implementing IT strategies and plans. Knowledge of helpdesk and IT operations best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and ensure reliable operation of network infrastructure devices such as switches, firewalls, and routers. Manage network security, including monitoring ingress and egress traffic. Collaborate with the systems administrator to support and maintain servers, applications, and related technologies. Provide escalated technical support for Helpdesk/Desktop Support teams. Diagnose hardware and software errors, document resolutions, and assess issue impact. Develop and maintain documentation and technical specifications for IT infrastructure planning and upgrades.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
