Ibotta is seeking an IT Systems Administrator, Applications to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The ideal candidate will support, configure, and implement solutions to complex technical and business issues related to IT supported applications, lifecycle provisioning, application integrations. They will also provide end-user support as directed by management, and interface professionally with business stakeholders to strengthen the consistency and standardization of our app infrastructure. They should be able to drive multiple projects simultaneously as part of the Identity and Access Management team and act as an escalation for the IT team regarding SaaS enterprise applications.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Assist the IT desktop team and act as an escalation point for end-user support requests regarding SaaS applications
Expand the reach and value of enterprise applications such as Okta, Slack, Atlassian, O365 and Google Workspace by integrating them with critical applications and infrastructure. Constantly seek new opportunities and ideas
Assist in the support, administration, and monitoring of Directory Services (AzureAD, Workday, and Okta)
Interact/coordinate with InfoSec and business stakeholders to identify business requirements/risks and implement solutions for SaaS applications
Resolve technical issues through investigation, troubleshooting, and testing
Drive and participate in the collection and documentation of a department knowledge base regarding enterprise SaaS applications
Assist in service support improvement efforts by identifying and proposing opportunities for process improvement

What we are looking for:
5+ years of industry experience in IT ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Service now, or Jira Service Management
3+ years of demonstrated success administrating IT SaaS applications provided to employees such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Cloud, O365, and more
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or a related field required
High level of comfort using Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace
Experience with popular Enterprise Systems such as Workday, Box, Miro, Jira, BitWarden, etc.
Knowledge of security/authorization models and grants of popular enterprise and SaaS applications (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude

Base compensation range: $75,000-86,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
