Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an IT Systems Administrator. System Administration: * Manage the daily operations and support of the SuccessFactors system, including user administration, security roles, permissions, and hierarchy management * Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and best practices. System Maintenance: * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance * Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades User Support and Training: * Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the system * Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides Data Management: * Oversee data imports, exports, and data exchange processes to ensure accurate data flow between the system and other HR applications * Maintain data privacy and security in accordance with company policies and regulations
