Overview
Maintains and supports the integrity of the IT environment by supporting end user’s requests, and local infrastructure including Storage, Network and Server stability.
Responsibilities and Achievements
Primary:
Provide local IT support for users and Helpdesk, remotely and on site in Stavanger and Swindonensuring a high level of uptime for all usersPerform systems maintenance tasks, such as back-up, recovery and file maintenance.Administer, install and troubleshoot Windows computers and other technologies in place (meeting room, specific hardware,…)ensuring system continuity of the local infrastructure by assisting the IT Infrastructure department, including local IT applicationsconsolidating the local inventory of IT supplies and computers, for punctual replacement or new comersContribute to moderately complex aspects of a project.IT contact for local IT partnersEvaluate specific IT needs, purchases or commissioning of new hardware / software in assistance of remote IT departments, based on global IT guidelinesCoaching and training of users in relevant software using in T.D.Williamson environmentSmartphone and subscription management based on local IT and HR policiesBasic O365 & Active Directory administrationTechnologies:

Requires a bachelor's degree plus 3 years' experience, or 5 years' experience in lieu of degree.Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.Demonstrated experience using an ITIL based ticketing system (ServiceNow)Demonstrated project timeline management skillsDemonstrated customer facing support experienceMust have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issuesTroubleshooting skills with an attitude to learn new technologiesFluent English
