The Division of Information Technology at the University of Maryland College Park UMD is seeking a full time junior Salesforce administrator This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level professional to develop their skills in Salesforce administration while contributing to the success of the Universitys CRM environmentThe junior Salesforce administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Universitys Salesforce Constituent Relationship Management CRM platform This position is responsible for the day to day configuration support maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM system ensuring its seamless integration across the organization The role involves performing key administrative tasks including user and license management processing support tickets and enhancing user adoption and system utilization The junior Salesforce administrator will work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique needs gather requirements and configure the platform to meet evolving business demands This position will also work with a team of Salesforce technical support staff in the ongoing development and configuration of Salesforce deployments ensuring that efficiency is maximized while leveraging features and benefits of the system based on unique departmental needs This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level professional to develop their skills in Salesforce administration while contributing to the success of the Universitys CRM environment This position is considered an essential position and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event weather emergency or other operational emergencies to help maintain continuity of University services
