IT Systems Engineer
Numerator
Objectives:
This position is for an experienced help desk Systems Administrator. Administer and maintain all Numerator information systems and related equipment and services, including and without limitation to the following: workstations, servers, phones, operational software, corporate and sales software, security software, telecom services, printers, and scanners. Provide support to internal users. Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities:
+ Tier 1 and 2 end user support
+ Project Management
+ End point administration
+ Business continuity as related to user end points
+ System Security as related to user end poi
+ Software Installation, Maintenance, and Administration
+ Knowledge Transfer and Continuous Improvement
Documentation
+ After hours and Weekend Support Calls
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
+ 1 + years IT experience
Required Skills
+ Excellent written and verbal English skills
+ Ability to work on and keep track of multiple tasks
+ Proven project management experience
+ Excellent diagnostic ability
+ Ability to think “outside the box”
+ Ease in setting up and managing workstations and laptops
+ Ability to work well on a team as well as independently
+ Managing and monitoring help desk tickets
+ Hardware firmware and driver checks
+ Maintaining image libraries
+ Anti-Virus monitoring and patches
+ Monitor performance, events, disk space, and services
+ Microsoft and 3rd party patches and updates
Optional Skills
+ Microsoft Certifications
+ MacOS experience
+ Leadership experience
Working Relationships:
