IT Systems Manager - ERP Revenue Applications

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for team staff including goal setting, training/development, management of team schedule (on call rotations, paid-time-off, sick time, etc.), time-sheet approval, performance tracking and evaluation, coaching and mentoring, policy and procedures, and related resource management functions. Evaluate business opportunities by participating in feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, system upgrades, updates and revisions, maintaining awareness of current software capabilities and availability of new or alternate applications which may benefit the strategic direction of CommonSpirit Health.Evaluate system functionality against the current business and their needs, to ensure that IT services remain true to business objectives. Project management, including forecasting time and resources, establishing timelines and deliverables, engaging stakeholders, adhering to governance processes, guiding principles and standards, testing, user acceptance, and change control expectations while achieving goals. Monitor activity and progress for all projects and issue resolution. Assess user needs through to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities to take advantage of existing tools and workflows. Plan and implement solutions based on organizational change control processes. Remote eligible.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field; 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.5 years in ERP/Business Application environment as a manager/lead for a team of developers. Familiarity with health care systems processes and applications preferred.Lawson, Infor CloudSuite, or Workday experience preferred.Strong understanding of ERP systems and processesAgile development methodologies using Azure DevOpsStrong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills. Able to get things done and escalate issues to the decision-makers as necessary.Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects, multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities and adapt to change.Strong customer service skills required.Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, ability to troubleshoot, be proactive. Demonstrates qualities of assertiveness, a high sense of urgency, initiative (selfstarter)
