This person is responsible for managing and optimizing recovery procedures for critical enterprise systems, serving as a technical expert in system administration. The role involves implementing and configuring operating systems, analyzing system requirements, and providing technical solutions. Key duties include maintaining computer equipment, analyzing IT operations data, participating in projects, managing infrastructure technologies, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, training lower-level administrators, and supporting global operations while adhering to compliance standards. Skills and Requirements -Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent with 6 years of IT support experience. -Alternatively, a high school diploma with 10 years of IT support experience. -Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS (desktop and server), Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory/Azure, VMWare, SAN/NAS, and M365 Administration (licensing, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). -Knowledgeable in general networking concepts and troubleshooting. -Familiar with Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, phone software, and Intel-based computers. -Proficient in using PowerShell modules, especially the Graph PowerShell SDK, for system and data management and process automation, focusing on Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure. -Strong communication skills for training and assisting others with software and business applications. -Experience with Intune -IT certifications -Experience with Azure, Cisco Meraki, Okta or other SSO platforms, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, SQL, ITSM and CMDB systems null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
