Our client?is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist Level I/II to join their team. As an IT Systems Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with rapidly changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** IT Systems Support Specialist Level I/II
**Location:** Sacramento, CA
**Pay Range:** starting from $29.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with on-site MIS support at customer locations.
+ Resolve second-level Service Desk support tickets, addressing hardware and software issues.
+ Deploy MECM GUI and Headless images, as well as software deployments.
+ Update hardware and software assignments in the Manifest.
+ Assist users with operating systems, application programs, utilities, and hardware operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Knowledge of Active Directory or other identity management systems.
+ Experience troubleshooting Windows systems.
+ Good verbal and writing skills for customer interaction and documentation.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage rapidly changing priorities.
