Position Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Design - Demonstrate understanding of adult education principles. Participates in the process of content review and assist in the creation limited training content.
2. Training Preparation - With assistance, applies basic organizational skills in classroom preparation, training environment, course materials, parking lot, and tests necessary equipment prior to training activity.
3. Instructor Training - Observes and proctors training sessions. Meets credentialing process requirements to train learners in functionality, workflow and system usability.
4. Learner Assessment - Engages with learner through interaction, course assessment, and evaluation.
5. Training Approach & Delivery - Learns to deliver training based on actual content while applying time management skills and cadence to the unique learning needs of the audience. Able to relate to learner role and its application day-to-day.
6. Customer Service - Demonstrates excellent customer service at all times.
7. Knowledge - Achieves and maintains up-to-date application knowledge.
8. Training Environment Build - Participate in environment meetings to understand overall purpose and objectives of training environments.
9. Training Coordination - Participates in LMS training. Assist with administration, setup and maintenance. Assist with scheduling training resources based on operational roles for new hires, adhoc and pre-implementation.
10. Projects - Completes assigned tasks within timeline.
11. eLearning Design - Participates in eLearning design meetings to apply knowledge and understanding of process.
12. Leadership - Participates in departmental and customer meetings.
13. Knowledge - Achieves and maintains up-to-date application knowledge.
Customer Service
14. Attitude – Maintains a positive attitude, welcomes and incorporates feedback, and shows appreciation for colleagues, patients, partners and customers in a consistent manner.
15. Teamwork - Demonstrates great teamwork, shares information with others, responsive with all communications/deliverables, collaborates with the team to resolve open issues, and anticipates the needs of colleagues in a consistent manner.
16. Service Delivery – Takes personal ownership of issues, ensures a high degree of accuracy with all communications/deliverables, completes tasks according to committed timelines, demonstrates excellent service recovery, and communicates with customers in a consistent manner.
17. Service Management – Actively monitors assigned HEAT tickets, documents activities thoroughly, and resolves issues within the established service levels in a consistent manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or field of study (Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, etc) Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in a training & development capacity (i.e. hands on experience developing/delivering training programs, feedback assessment, etc).Benefits:
