Job Description Insight Global's luxury retail client is seeking an IT Technician to join their end-user support team in their NYC location. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, with both Windows and Mac. Experience with JAMF is preferred. They must be able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead. Candidates for this role must be willing to travel to NYC 5x/week.
