Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Tech Lead I in Miami, FL. Overview: The Individual Contributor (IC) is responsible for maintaining the organization's global network operations, technology, and services through modern software engineering practices. This role focuses on efficient development, automation, and continuous operation of network infrastructure, including cloud environments. The Individual Contributor (IC) will leverage software-driven methodologies such as network automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to simplify, standardize, and optimize global network operations. This role will execute initiatives to simplify, standardize and optimize network operations methods and tools to reduce cycle times and increase security, availability, service agility, user experience and alignment of company networks. Duties Include: * IT Tech Lead will lead large-scale projects and architect advanced network software solutions * Develop cutting-edge APIs using TypeScript, GraphQL, and other modern tools * Provide technical leadership and define development standards and best practices * Mentor and coach team members across multiple levels, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation * As an IT Tech Lead, you will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align network solutions with business objectives * Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues related to network operations and infrastructure * Identify emerging technologies to improve and future-proof network solutions
