Summary: Seeking an IT Tech Support specialist to contribute to the Tier 2 CAS Network Operations Center (NOC), specializing in diagnosing system and network failures and managing incidents within the operational environment.

Requirements:

Must possess Network+ Certification

Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, computer hardware, and software interconnection and interfacing.

Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM concepts and practices.

Experience troubleshooting Cisco devices.

Proficiency with HSRP/BGP routing protocols.

Either AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high school training with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

CCNA Certification

Knowledge of Remedy, Netcool, Office 0365, ServiceNow

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the Tier 2 CAS Network Operations Center (NOC).

Manage incident responses for customers within the CAS Operational environment.

Diagnose and resolve system and network failures.

Handle basic technical queries from users.

Additional information:

-Must be willing to work on the third shift (11pm -7:30am EST)

-Must be a U.S Citizen

-Potential for Webex interview.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
