IT Technical Analyst - Senior

**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver standard GDM elements and processes within Oracle and Windchill PLM.
+ Supervise GDM team activities to meet business requirements.
+ Support Change Control processes within Windchill PLM and Oracle ERP.
+ Drive improvements in process and data quality.
+ Lead meetings, discuss project goals, and collaborate with internal teams and external peers.
+ Manage project actions and follow-up meetings to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
+ Proactively address issues by proposing solutions or actions when current processes are not sufficient.
+ Utilize intermediate Oracle SQL skills to create scripts related to Oracle modules.
+ Apply project management expertise to follow through on open actions and tasks.
+ Analyze design concepts, identify issues, and communicate solutions effectively.
+ Utilize data analysis skills and Excel/Office Applications to produce reports and insights.
+ Document and monitor tasks, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring progress.
+ Ensure adherence to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
+ Manage interfaces for importing Item, BOM, and ECO data.
+ Provide Level 3 support for critical technical issues.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** BSc in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. A Master's in IT or Business is highly desirable.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills and Knowledge:**
+ **Oracle SQL:** Intermediate knowledge in Oracle SQL, including script creation related to Oracle modules.
+ **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills and experience in managing cross-functional projects.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Office applications for reporting and analysis.
+ **Product Lifecycle Management (PLM):** Understanding of PLM processes and methodologies.
+ **OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition):** Knowledge of OBIEE for reporting and data analytics.
+ **Oracle Interfaces:** Experience with Oracle interfaces for importing Item, BOM, and ECO data.
**Experience:**
+ **Functional Expertise:** At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in INV, BOM, and Engineering Modules like ECO.
+ **Project Management:** Proven experience managing global projects, ensuring timely execution, and meeting quality standards.
+ **Leadership:** Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and projects to deliver results on time and within scope.
+ Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of functional experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (INV, BOM, and Engineering Modules like ECO).
+ Solid experience with Oracle and Windchill PLM systems.
+ Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
+ Expertise in project management, especially in global and cross-functional environments.
