Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects related to e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) with backend IT systems such as NetSuite ERP, Celigo, Narvar, etc.Provide technical expertise and guidance on e-commerce platform functionalities and integrations.Oversee the development and implementation of new features and enhancements on e-commerce platforms.Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.Maintain and operate the e-commerce platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and security.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.Strong understanding of integrating e-commerce platforms with backend IT systems like NetSuite ERP, Celigo, Narvar, etc.Technical knowledge of the aforementioned platforms and systems.Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with NetSuite and Shopify is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
