Proposed Job Duties:Strong TDM conceptual Knowledge.Create TDM strategy and processes by applications. Prepare data extraction scripts. Hands on experience in Data Maksing, Ad-hoc Data generation, Synthetic data generation, Provisioning, Data Refresh.Coordinate with customers production application owners for the Test data requirements. Working Knowledge in IBM OPTIM tool is must. Working knowledge on any other TDM tool will be helpful. (CA TDM, Delphix etc.) Should have done successful implementation of Test Data Management.Develop, administer, and evaluate strategic TDM services to promote solving data challenges.Implement strategic plans to innovate new ideas to improve efficiency of test data availability to project teams.Design, operate and maintain a variety of databases and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and quality outputs to customers and partners.Manage and oversee the daily work of offshore teams members. Responsible for monitoring the progress of all projects against set goals and providing up to date information on the status of each project.Prepare and deliver presentations for implementing TDM for new projects and represent actively inteam meetings.Participate in committees, task forces, and events related to TDM and serve as liaison.Minimum years of experience: 4+
