Construct and augment overall program Test Strategy based on the evolving requirements. Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to stay in line with the project timeline. Manage and iterate overall Test schedule. Provide estimates for testing effort, along with foreseeable dependencies. Provides inputs related to testing approach, scope and other relevant information to Project manager for preparing Test Strategy. Monitor testing progress on the ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks/issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project deadlines
