Amdocs, CSG and ICOMS billers. Strong QA experience in biller migration projects. Good communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to collaborate well in a team and across organizations. Experience in stakeholder management and offshore co-ordination. Experience in collaborating with technical teams to solve business challenges. Broad automation experience in build, test, configuration and deployment in biller applications using Selenium, JAVA or any RPA tools. Strong experience in understanding billing configuration requirements, Biller DB understanding and SQL querying knowledge. Execute Quality Assurance processes for Integration and E2E testing. Develop MicroServices, middleware test automation frameworks and tools in support of client needs. Experience on RestAssured or Java based frameworks.
