Strong knowledge and hands on experience in MDM testing. Experience in retail domain with eCom knowledge. Test strategy, test plan and implementation. Test case preparation and test execution. Automation scripts preparation, review and result analysis. Coordination and communication with various teams Dev, InfraIT, DBA, BA etc. during various testing lifecycle phases. Interacting with client stake holders for issue resolution if any. Communication with client. Representation in defect management and status meetings. Offshore co-ordination
