To be technically sound and must have worked as a Data Engineer for multiple projects Should have at least 8 years of experience. Must have experience in Hadoop, SQL server and PostGre Sql Must have extensive experience on Data Modelling Should have exposure to ETL tool like Informatica, Datastage Must have development experience in BI projects Work with stakeholders to design and develop the requirements in scope Must have expertise working with complex data models and workflows. Understand the data modeling
