Leading test efforts for the team. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance Should have good knowledge in JIRA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
