Detailed Job Description:

Develop Environment Management process to manage and book test environments for Agile and Waterfall deliveries Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, must have worked on any market leading ITSM tools Responsible for managing environment management schedules and bookings Exposure to Release management functionBMC Remedy, JIRA, ServiceNow PLUTORA or any other ITSM tool Good understanding of mainframe systems Understanding of UnixLinux systems preferred
