As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real - time scenarios. Accessibility Testing - Working knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 and Section 508
Mobile Automation - Experience with tools for developing/testing web applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android) like Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, Android studio, Xcode, Appium
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin (TX) USA and FosterCity (CA) USA be willing to relocate to the area. Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologiesPreferred Experience:
Minimum 7 years of Software Industry Experience as Developer or QA Engineer with Test Automation Skills Accountable for creating test plans and test cases for Accessibility Testing Work with the development team and tools team to understand the scope of different types of Accessibility Tools and Test Coverage. Good Understanding and Working experience on Mobile and Web Accessibility Testing Experience of accessibility testing, with familiarity of the tool set like Axe Browser Extension, JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, Talkback, Color Contrast Analyzer (CCA), Accessible Name Description Inspector (ANDI), WAVE tool etc is a must. Working knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 and Section 508 Evaluate, Configure and Run Accessibility tools for Testing Accessibility for DDP Product Compliance for Web and Mobile Experience with tools for developing/testing web applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android) likeJava, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, Android studio, Xcode, Appium, etc Evaluate and Publish Test Results through the daily reports and dashboard. Should have experience in payment or ecommerce application testing and test automation Should have good experience in Testing. Test automation for large and complex enterprise applications Should be well versed in documenting the steps and results for the Accessibility Compliance Certification. Should be able to provide mentor support emphasizing Accessibility testing methodology, preparation, scripting, execution planning, test simulation and test results reporting. Should have ability to work independently and be a team player with excellent soft skills Support in triaging and troubleshooting of issues related to Accessibility Testing and Test Automation in certification environmentMinimum years of experience: 5-8 years
