Ensure that team members are keeping project tasks and dependencies updated in the project schedules and drives required changes as needed.

Meeting minutes Follow up on action items Assess IT integration schedule and document task issues, gaps, etc. Help in developing and publish project schedules and other key metrics in Powerpoint as required by the Program Manager. Coordination with multiple stakeholders inside of IT Develop and maintain Project Management templates Requirements: 2 3 years experience with IT project management Must have basic experience in project management: Scope, schedule, budget Experience WBS and critical path project elements Build project schedules Work with stakeholders to identify task dependencies Document critical path, etc. IT infrastructure, applications, etc. thorough knowledge of MS Office suite: Excel (munging data / pivot tables), Powerpoint, Word
