Detailed Job Description:

As an experienced Test Lead, while being a highly technical and a hands - on tester, the onsite resource will lead and conduct the testing across IT technologies, predominantly Oracle JAVA PL/SQL Server based technologies, with other technologies such as Kronos, NxGen, ADP, as well as working with the business users. Managing the successful delivery and completion of testing the project will require the onsite resource to plan, coordinate and perform lead and testing activities across the delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with the Project Manager, coordinating with business analysts, architects and developers, business and operational users, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required. Also required is working closely with other IT team leaders, the onsite resource will ensure the structured and coordinated planning of development and delivery. The onsite resource’s technical background and experience will ensure he can offer not only the expected results, but the support and guidance required being able to support and assist the team.
