Detailed Job Description:

Analyze the business requirements/user stories, raise ambiguities with business analyst and prepare high level development and testing estimates using one of the estimation techniques. Work as subject matter expert (SME) and provide consultation for the current telematics vehicle landscape (for legacy-on road vehicles), conduct usability, safety, security and scalability analysis based on supplementary specification for the telematics platform with integration eco-systems such as, vehicle-simulators, and Head-Unit/DCM (Data Communication Module) development-benches. Compilation, Integration and End to End debugging of complete Head Unit including Display Control Unit (DCU), Multimedia Extension Unit (MEU), Data Communication Module (DCM), Electronics Control Unit (ECU) and other Peripherals. High level design and 3rd party integrations including with wearable technologies and human assist AI technologies such as Apple Watch, Android Wear, Amazon, Apple and Google Voice assistants (Alexa, Siri, Google) etc. Integration of 3rd party libraries used for authentication, access to protected resource, payment gateways (ZUORA), and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Data migration to Microsoft Azure Cloud platform from legacy systems. Diagnose CAN bus (ISO-15756-2) implementation and its validation. Development of Proof of Concept s (POC) to validate design to reduce technical risk. End to End Integration, testing and debugging issues of Amazon Alexa and Car Data Communication Module (DCM) unit. Design framework for native mobile apps automation using Appium web driver and execute test script in iOS and Android Mobile devices on Cloud hosted by Perfecto Mobile Solutions. Design framework for web-based automation using Selenium and Java using TestNG test framework to execute scripts on different web drivers. Create API automation scripts using SOAP UI and validate the scripts during testing. Create Continuous Integration (CI) frame work with automation test cases created through Selenium Web driver & trigger automation test suite with the help of JENKINS after each build cycle and finally log defects automatically in JIRA defect board. Configuring Application Performance Management (APM) agents like AppDynamics, Application Insights on Azure services and Mobile apps and setup system health dashboards. Prioritize the test execution, allocate the test cases to the team members, execute test cases, track the test execution progress, publish QA Dashboard along with defect details to the project stakeholders through a Daily Status email. Prepare high level strategy defining the testing objective and scope, testing approach, documentation formats, test processes, team reporting structure, client communication strategy. Identify high level test scenarios, convert them into detailed test cases and educate other team members in writing test cases, review and follow up with business users for approval. Use ZEPHYR Tool to create requirements traceability matrix to ensure all business requirements in scope are covered and upload the approved test cases, prioritize and categorize the test cases to be executed. Create test data & environment plan mentioning the approach on how to setup test data, responsibilities of third-party teams in setting up the required test environment. Conduct defect triage team with project members, Toyota business and external vendors to explain them the new defects found in system and follow up on the status of existing defects. Prepare weekly status report highlighting accomplishments made, plan for upcoming week and risks highlighted along with mitigation and contingency plan. Configuring Application Performance Management (APM) agents like AppDynamics, Application Insights on Azure services and Mobile apps and setup system health dashboards. Create Scheduler to run 24 X 7 Automated Test cases at production so that System performance can be monitored 24 X 7. Create Dev Ops Frame work through Status Page IO, Data Dog, APP D (Dev Ops Tool) tool to post status of the 24 X 7automation test result & status of System. These will be used as Continuous Integrated Automated system for monitoring. Create Request for Change (RFC) and work with Toyota Management to get required business process approval & get change management board approvals to get required changes deployed in production. Create & use a framework with Victor Ops tool so that any system degradation trigger alert so that proactive measure can be taken to fix the issue. Create all knowledge transfer documents in Toyota Wiki & Confluence Pages for future references. Continuous process improvement & idea generation. Provide KT to Toyota call center representatives to fix customer issues. Incident Resolution & Outage Management support. Work on root cause analysis reports (RCA) and create problem review board (PRB) reports post outages & get all final reports approved from Toyota PRB review board. Toyota call center support & provide customer issue resolution. Analyze call center call record data to determine problem areas in system and come up with possible solution of system issues. Documentation of high-level flow, architecture, interface and specification design Candidate with Development Testing experience .
