This role works inconjuction with the IT Manager and team. This is a temporary position designed to support the transition and organization of existing knowledge content into the ServiceNow Knowledge Base. Responsibilities: * Content Preparation: Take existing knowledge content from various sources and prepare it for submission into the ServiceNow Knowledge Base. * Data Migration: Move content, ensuring accuracy and consistency during the transfer process. * Tagging and Taxonomy: Apply basic tagging and taxonomy principles to categorize and organize content effectively. * Style Consistency: Update Word documents to maintain a consistent style and format, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and accessible. * Quality Assurance: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance before submission. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in IT or a related field * 2-6 years of IT Technical Writing background * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Experience with ServiceNow, particularly in knowledge management, is a plus * Familiarity with Confluence and other content management systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic document formatting. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Preferred Skills: * Experience with tagging and taxonomy in a knowledge management context. * Previous experience in an IT role or knowledge management projects.
