IT Technician- 2nd Shift

Position Summary

This is a level-1, 2, or 3 IT helpdesk position. Its purpose is to provide upper-tier technical support to office users and production line equipment.

Role and Responsibilities

Second Shift

1. Supports walk ups for internal applications, hardware, printers and remote technology.
2. Actively supports office and production PC users and resolves issues.
3. Uses IT ticketing system to manage support cases.
4. Initial Imaging, Installing and Repairs for Desktops, Printers, Laptops, etc.
5. Maintains accurate inventory and performs regular inventory inspection.
6. Writes and maintains accurate documentation on procedures.
7. All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Second Shift

1. Education: High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
2. Professional Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of IT support experience required
• Candidate must be technically adept, with a working knowledge of computers and office software
• Familiarity with Windows Operating system and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of LAN, cabling, and Networking
• Experience providing remote support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial
• Candidate must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
