The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal IT Technician to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park, in Grand Canyon, Arizona. You will be assisted by the Operation Lead to support daily technical operations at Grand Canyon. If you are an IT Administrator that enjoys troubleshooting, assisting with implementing computing technology associated with applications, data, communications, hardware, and networks, this could be the collaborative team for you.

What will you do? Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops and end-user support for hardware and software systems Assist implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through help desk request problem-solving process More about you No high school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Shift details
