System One is seeking an IT Technician for a large energy company in Overland Park, KS. The ideal candidate will be available to work fully onsite and have a valid driver's license, as some local travel will be required. JOB SUMMARY + Monitor multiple information technology systems and perform incident management and/or address service requests related to IT systems and applications + Responsible for IT assets, per defined processes as required by position. + Utilize Service Now and Power BI reports to monitor IT asset health and identify lost or missing assets. + Monitor physical inventory in the stock rooms and warehouses to ensure sufficient inventory of desktops, laptops, and accessories are available + Perform basic application and infrastructure monitoring functions. + Create and route basic Service Now Incident tickets to appropriate IT teams and resolve/close IT tickets as they are completed.
