● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: BA/BS
● Required Experience: 7+ years of related experience

 

DESCRIPTION

·         Provides telephone technical support to employees regarding technical aspects of assigned products.

·         Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of assigned products.

·         Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.

·         Maintains appropriate licenses, training and/or certifications, as needed; researches and determines applicability of new/emerging certification programs; may recommend applicable certifications for lower-level team members.

·         Has a deep understanding of how teams integrate and coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve program objectives. In-depth understanding of how own technical specialism and related disciplines are applied in the context of specific DOD, Agency and/or industry standards and requirement.
