● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: BA/BS
● Required Experience: 7+ years of related experience

DESCRIPTION

Provides telephone technical support to employees regarding technical aspects of assigned products.Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of assigned products.Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.Maintains appropriate licenses, training and/or certifications, as needed; researches and determines applicability of new/emerging certification programs; may recommend applicable certifications for lower-level team members.Has a deep understanding of how teams integrate and coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve program objectives. In-depth understanding of how own technical specialism and related disciplines are applied in the context of specific DOD, Agency and/or industry standards and requirement.Assisting in communicating, implementing, and enforcing security policies or plans for data, software applications, hardware, and telecommunications devicesProviding recommendations to stakeholders on information assurance engineering standards, implementation dependencies, and changing information assurance related technologiesResponding to all queries and requests for applicable security information and reportsSupporting investigations of computer security violations and incidents, reporting as necessary to management
