Detailed Job Description:-

Analyse ticket data from ITSM tool and check SLAs, performance, reports        ITSM tool data gathering, identify group owners, leads, create metrics etc         Manage task, schedule and milestones        Coordinate project management activities like PMO schedule meetings, track tasks, minutes, notes. Work with team to develop documentation, assure documents are done and maintained properly, Support creation and distribution of reports

5+
