JD for Desktop: Troubleshooting Windows OS issues including blue screens, user profiles, driver issues, and bios updatesTroubleshooting hardware issues for laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals Troubleshooting print and MFP fax issues, including drivers, hardware, software,  and connectivityApplication deployments and installations, including executing, troubleshooting failed deployments, and troubleshooting deployment software (Radia and SCCM)Troubleshooting PC applications including security applications, MS Office, BlueZone and Remotely AnywhereTroubleshooting virtual machines hardware, software and installed applicationsTroubleshooting new and replacement system issues including data backup and restoreApplications in our environment include MS Windows 7, McAfee ePO, RemotelyAnywhere, Radia, SCCM, BlueZone, MS Office Suite 2010 and 2016, Transferring Data from Old systems to new systems.Recreate User’s local and roaming profile. Restoring profiles, Removing roaming profile. Troubleshooting Machines with speed issues. Troubleshooting desktop applications such as Remotely Anywhere, MS Office, Client applications, Antivirus.Application DeploymentsManaging Security End Points and MacAfee ServersRunning Scripts to Cleanup C Drives on Systems.Working to resolve incidents related to VMware’s not working.Handling Account Lockout Issues.Unable to login to Windows or MacAfee Screen issues.On call support.
