Detailed Job Description:

Provide thought leadership, direction, guidance, subject matter expertise, and oversight on Third Party Risk Management to multiple stakeholders, including all Business Units, Third Party Risk Advisors, and Sourcing and Supply Management. Design, establish, and maintain the Third Party Risk Management Framework and governance structure, including policy, requirements, procedures, systems, training, monitoring, and testing, to oversee effective execution of the Third Party Risk Management Program across the Corporation Develop, implement, maintain, and produce Third Party Risk data aggregation and reporting for multiple audiences, including Business Unit Management, Executive Leadership, and the Board of Directors, to provide visibility into the third party risk profile of the Corporation, including inherent risk, risk management/control effectiveness, residual risk, risk monitoring, emerging risks, and aggregate risk Understand, interpret, and recommend solutions to incorporate multiple Third Party Risk domains including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Privacy, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Consumer Compliance, Offshore, Fraud, Model Risk, Legal/Regulatory into the Third Party Risk Management Program Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders in all Business Units, and multiple governance, risk, and compliance functions Stay abreast of emerging trends related to Third Party Risk Management, business process automation and design, and other relevant disciplines and incorporate new learning into work processes Identify, analyze, develop and implement process improvements to mitigate Third Party Risk across all Business Units Serve as a subject matter expert, resource and mentor to teammates Serve as a subject matter expert assisting TPRM/ORM in the development and implementation of complex, forward-looking processes and systems that support the identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and reporting of Third Party risk across the Corporation, and promote a culture of effective Third Party Risk Management practices. Support the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of a fully integrated TPRM Program and Framework, aligned with industry best practices and compliant with applicable regulatory guidance Support the design, development, implementation of third party analytics, dash boarding and reporting to build out aggregate risk dashboards by LOB, by Risk Domain, horizontal views (concentration, 4th party, 3rd party connections). Specific experience with SAS and Tableau to develop portfolio and pipeline views of third party portfolios. Represent TPRM on the eGRC Datamart initiative to ensure data integrity, consistency etc. in reporting Coordinate / manage / participate in cross-functional initiatives across RMO and across Third party Risk advisors (Cyber, Technology, Sourcing, Legal) to ensure consistency in program execution and system(s) alignment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalen combination of education and experience 10 years of banking or related management experience Ability to work independently with minimal direction and guidance Subject matter expert in Third Party Risk Management Proven leadership and decision-making skills Strong analytical and organizational skills, and extensive experience designing, developing, implementing, and executing risk oversight programs or initiatives Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders, interact effectively with all levels of management, and effect and influence change in a dynamic environment Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present issues, observations, and recommendations Adept with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration, Risk Management or relevant Master's degree Graduate of Leadership Development Program, Banking School, or equivalent industry training program Experience working for or significant interactions with regulatory agencies (FRB, OCC, FDIC) Experience in the design, development, and implementation of eGRC (Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems with a focus on Third Party Risk Management applications Experience in using reporting/Business Intelligence (BI) tools to design and develop aggregate risk reports
