Detailed Job Description:

Troubleshoot incidents reported during ops trial Work with product teams for defect fixes Categorize incidents and Resolve incidents Perform validation of services as needed Report incident metrics Document, track, and log defects Work closely with developers on testing issues/defects Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Write, execute, and maintain functional test cases No Remote Work allowed

Desired Qualification:

2- 3 years of experience working as an Operations engineer in Automotive environment Experience working with JIRA, Datadog, Kibana. Knowledge of JQL queries, JIRA Dashboards Experience in Telematics testing and testing using test benches Effectively and efficiently connect and collaborate with peers, development team, product owners and other subject matter specialists Strong troubleshooting skills along with the ability to breakdown complex issues. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance methodologies. Experience with testing REST/SOAP Web Services using Postman Agile development work experience Experience performing unit, system, system integration testing Desire to work in a fast paced, highly integrated, agile development environment.
