Detailed Job Description:

Definition of Services  Incident Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA)  Permanent fix for repetitive incident Support Health check initiatives Weekend on-call support to take care of any patching/upgrades to cornerstone application /server OS etc. Weekday Support: Both onshore and offshore works in 3 shifts each to take care of US and Non-US region user issues.

Job Requirements:

Pro-active monitoring for Failed events, handle errors, Failed instances and duplicate data in DB Prepare scripts to resolve the tickets and issues identified in pro-active monitoring Prepare /Maintain work around document
