Cornerstone is a Wholesale Banking application to complete the Customer Due Diligence in Compliance with confidential standards for the global Anti Money Laundering regulations. It provides a standard approach to Prospect Onboarding Due Diligence, Customer Onboarding Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for effective financial crime risk management. Cornerstone continues to be rolled out to Wholesale Line of Business and will eventually replace the existing legacy systems.

Analysis and resolution to user tickets through client ticketing system Representing the onsite team in calls discussion KT calls.
