Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Hands-on developer. Every individual (irrespective of role) is expected to be an individual contributor and would need to work with client resources. Onshore resource should be able to interface with the business team (in addition to the technical contribution). L2/L3 Production Support Analysis, Design, Build, Unit Testing and Integration Testing. Interfacing with the QA team as and when needed. Adherence to schedule Adherence to quality Defect free coding
