Detailed Job Description:

Production support 24x7 support on call. Answers to technical questions regarding applications. Defect analysis and resolution. Emergency modifications and corrections. Support during application failure. Preventive maintenance. Changes for application. Cconformity to system software, database and development tool upgrades. Periodic execution of application health checks. Documentation. Maintenance of D2P documents. Maintain and support tools used by Client.
